Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings or worn jewelry.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Contact Form, including your order number and clear photos of the item.

Approved cases may be eligible for:

* Replacement item

Non-Returnable Items
