Limited Warranty

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for up to 30 days after delivery.

This warranty applies to:

* Broken chains upon arrival
* Loose stones upon arrival
* Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover:

* Normal wear and tear
* Scratches, fading, or discoloration caused by improper care
* Damage caused by water, perfumes, chemicals, lotions, or cleaning products
* Damage caused by misuse, pulling, dropping, or improper storage
* Lost or stolen items
* Natural tarnishing over time due to exposure and body chemistry

Please note that while our jewelry is made with high-quality materials, proper care is essential to maintain its beauty and longevity.

How to Request a Warranty Review

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the warranty period through our Contact Form and include:

* Your order number
* Clear photos/videos of the issue
* A brief description of the problem

If approved, we may offer:

* A replacement item
* Store credit
* Repair assistance (when applicable)

Additional Notes

* Warranty claims are reviewed individually.
* Varenna reserves the right to deny claims showing signs of misuse or normal wear.
* Shipping costs related to warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
